For rugby clubs with GPS vests and no full-time analyst

Your club's GPS data, made readable.

Upload the GPS export after training and it's in everyone's hands: every player sees their own numbers against their usual, their personal bests and their trophies, and coaches see the whole squad.

The challenge

Hours of data, every week.

01

Hours to make sense of

Every session adds another GPS file, and turning it into something the whole squad can use takes time most club staff don't have.

02

Numbers without context

6.4 km means nothing on its own. Is that more than usual? More than last month? Good for a back-rower?

03

No history

Each session is a new file, so how a player has been trending over a season is hard to see.

How it works

From GPS export to every player's phone, in one upload

  1. 1

    Upload the CSV

Drop in the file from your GPS software. Players and columns are matched for you, and anything missing is flagged before it's saved.

  2. 2

    Players see their session

Each player gets their numbers against their own usual, any personal bests, and a quick question on how hard it felt.

  3. 3

    Coaches see the squad

Session totals against your usual, leaderboards, trends over the season, and who still needs to rate the session.

For players

Their own numbers, in context

Every metric is compared with the player's own usual, so a prop and a winger both get a fair picture. Personal bests turn into trophies, and players can set their own challenges.

  • Above, on par or below their usual, never "worse"
  • Personal bests, medals and a trophy cabinet
  • Challenges they set themselves, with progress
  • Their week at a glance, on their phone

Import

Any GPS export, checked before it's saved

Upload the CSV from your GPS software. Players and columns are matched automatically, and anything odd is shown before you save: missing minutes, blank statuses, zero rows.

  • Works with any GPS system that exports a CSV
  • Excel, UTF-16, tab and semicolon files read correctly
  • Missing minutes worked out from distance, and marked as estimated
  • A template built from your own metrics

Training 14102026.csv

Read as Windows-1252 (Excel CSV), separated by commas

  • 26 players · 24 linked · 2 new
  • 14 columns linked to your metrics

Before you import

  • 3 players have no minutes: worked out from distance ÷ m/min
  • 1 player has a blank status: choose one before importing
  • 2 zero rows: leave their GPS blank, or keep the zeros?

Engagement

Players keep coming back

After each session players get a nudge to rate how hard it was and how much they enjoyed it. A few taps for them, a load and wellbeing picture for you.

  • "Rate your session" notifications
  • Effort (RPE) and enjoyment, with staff summaries
  • Trophies and personal bests announced to the player
  • Comments on every session: tag teammates with @ and praise a PB

Your data

Player data handled properly

Hosted in the UK

Everything is stored on Amazon Web Services in London.

Each club kept apart

The database itself stops one club's data reaching another club.

Staff-only where it should be

Staff notes and squad views are only shown to the roles that need them.

Never sold

Your club's data is used to run the service for your club, and nothing else.

For club committees

What does it cost?
Nothing during the pilot. We'll agree any pricing with you before it ends.
How long does setup take?
We set your club up with you, then you invite staff and players with a link, one at a time or from a CSV.
What about data protection?
Data is kept in the UK, each club is separated in the database, and we'll take you through the rest before you start.

Want to see it with your squad's data?

Free while we're in pilot. Send us a recent GPS export and we'll set your club up and walk you through it.
